H-1B visa sponsorship by employer: labor condition applications (LCAs) certified, denied and withdrawn, and worker positions on certified LCAs, per US federal fiscal year (October to September), for every employer with at least 10 cases in some year (keyed by the 9-digit FEIN) plus an all-employer total. Dated 30 September of the fiscal year. Counts applications, not approved H-1B petitions; E-3 and H-1B1 applications are left out. The latest year is year to date.
