The Team

FactIQ is built by a passionate team of engineers who have worked more than a decade to make information accessible to everyone.

Manas previously helped make sense of health and climate data at Reuters and Washington Post, Medha led govtech reporting for public policy officials in Asia at Govinsider, and Rishabh led data initiatives at multiple think tanks, newspapers, and government departments - including The Times of India and NUS ISAS.

We started FactIQ after first running Defog.ai for 3 years. At Defog, built the world's most popular open-source large language models for data analysis and worked with several Fortune 500 companies to build AI-powered data pipelines - including Toyota, Genmab, and AllianceBernstein.

But we soon realized that the world needed more than just AI-powered data pipelines. We needed a platform that could help people find the truth in the numbers and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
