India National Pension System statistics (PFRDA): assets, subscribers and contributions, monthly

Monthly statistics of the National Pension System (NPS) and Atal Pension Yojana (APY) from the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), read from the eight monthly Excel tables on its Statistical Data page. M1: assets under management (AUM, Rs. crore) of each pension fund in each scheme, April 2008 onward, including pension funds that have ceased operations (mospi-pfrda:m1_aum:sbi_pf:cg, totals per fund mospi-pfrda:m1_aum:<fund>:total). M2: AUM by sector (Central Government, State Government, Corporate, All Citizen, NPS Lite, APY, NPS Vatsalya, Tier-II, Tier-II tax saver, MSF; Rs. crore; mospi-pfrda:m2_aum:apy), December 2014 onward. M3: number of subscribers by sector (mospi-pfrda:m3_subscribers:sg). M4 and M5: contribution since the start of each sector and scheme, as on the end of the month (no unit printed; same scale as the AUM, Rs. crore; mospi-pfrda:m4_contribution:cg, mospi-pfrda:m5_contribution:e_tier_i). M6: AUM by asset class (equity, corporate bonds, government securities, short-term investments, REIT and InvIT, net current assets; total mospi-pfrda:m6_aum:aum), April 2008 onward. M7: State Government sector by state: subscribers and the total, employer and employee contribution received in the month (Rs. crore; mospi-pfrda:m7_sg:maharashtra:subscribers, all states mospi-pfrda:m7_sg:total:subscribers), December 2014 onward. M8: subscribers contributing in the month, new subscribers contributing and total subscribers, by sector, gender and age group, October 2021 onward (mospi-pfrda:m8_subscribers:total:state_govt:female:total). Each month is dated its first day. Figures as printed; a dash in the table gives no row. Filter dimensions by table, pension_fund, scheme, sector, asset_class, state, measure, gender or age_group.
