Past releases of the Currency Composition of Official Foreign Exchange Reserves (COFER), kept exactly as they were published. The IMF replaces these numbers in place every time it publishes, so this dataset is the only place the earlier figures survive. A series id here is the current series id with the release appended, and a `release` dimension names the release in words. Values are in the same units as the current series, so a past release and the current one can be compared directly. Use the unsuffixed series in `cofer` for the current numbers.
