FHFA House Price Index — States

The FHFA all-transactions House Price Index for all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, published quarterly and not seasonally adjusted. The all-transactions index incorporates both purchase and refinance appraisal data, giving the broadest geographic coverage at the state level. Values are index points measuring the average change in single-family house prices within each state and are not denominated in dollars.

In SQL, this dataset is the rows of fhfa.series with dataset_code = 'hpi_state'.
