FHFA House Price Index — Metro Areas

The FHFA purchase-only House Price Index for roughly 100 of the largest U.S. metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs), published quarterly with both seasonally adjusted and not-seasonally-adjusted series per metro. Metros are keyed by CBSA code (e.g. 35620 for New York) and named in the series title. Values are index points measuring the average change in single-family house prices within each metro area and are not denominated in dollars.

In SQL, this dataset is the rows of fhfa.series with dataset_code = 'hpi_metro'.
