Spain bilateral trade by product and partner (Eurostat Comext)

Eurostat Comext monthly merchandise-trade statistics reported by Spain, split by partner country, import or export flow, and detailed CN8 product. Trade value in euros is stored separately from kilograms and supplementary quantity units. Use eu_comext_lookup.product_codes to map CN8 products to HS2, HS4, or HS6 groups before constructing exact indexed series ids; do not scan dimensions by value. There are no HS4 or HS6 total series: each series is one CN8 code under one customs procedure, with ids of the form eu_comext_<M|X>_<reporter>_<partner>_t<trade type>_p<procedure>_cn8_<code>_<eur|kg|su>. Procedure codes: 1 normal trade, 2 inward processing, 3 outward processing, 5 inward processing (suspension), 6 inward processing (drawback), 9 not recorded from customs declarations. A heading total is the sum over every CN8 code under the heading and every procedure, for example series_id LIKE 'eu_comext_M_nl_cn_te_p%_cn8_1518%_kg' grouped by code and procedure. A CN8 code that is near zero under procedure 1 can still be large under procedure 2.
